I, the User of the website https://wodabrandmedia.com, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, hereby confirm my consent to Marianna Valeryevna Yeremenko (TIN: 352 819 580 982), as the owner of the above website (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process my personal data under the terms set forth below.

1.3. The Controller ensures proper logging of the moment of consent, including: IP address, date and time, referral source, consent form version, and the URL of the consent form. These data are securely stored and are not subject to public disclosure.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
2.1. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

4. Processing Actions
4.1. The Controller may perform the following operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, usage, transfer (dissemination, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
4.2. All actions with personal data are carried out solely to the extent necessary to achieve the declared processing purposes.
4.3. The Controller does not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects for the User, nor in profiling as defined by GDPR or other applicable laws.

5. Terms of Data Processing
5.1. The processing of personal data may be carried out using automation tools or without them (manual processing).
5.2. The Controller undertakes all legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unauthorized actions, including but not limited to:
5.2.1. usage of SSL encryption protocols,
5.2.2. role-based access control,
5.2.3. firewall and antivirus protection,
5.2.4. audit logs and access history records.
5.3. Processing of personal data of Users located in the European Union or European Economic Area shall be conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Processing of personal data of Users residing in California shall be carried out in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

6. Duration of Consent
6.1. This consent remains valid until withdrawn by the data subject by submitting a written request to the Controller at: Director@wodabrandmedia.com.
6.2. Upon receipt of a withdrawal notice, the Controller shall cease processing of the User’s personal data within thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise required by law (e.g., for accounting, tax, or legal retention purposes).
6.3. A withdrawal request may also be submitted by email. In this case, the Controller reserves the right to request proof of identity from the sender to verify the authenticity of the request.

7. Data Subject Rights
7.1. The data subject has the right to:
7.1.1. Obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data;
7.1.2. Request rectification, blocking, or deletion of their data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;
7.1.3. Lodge complaints regarding the Controller’s actions or inaction to a supervisory authority (e.g., Roskomnadzor, European DPA, or U.S. consumer protection agency) or pursue legal remedies;
7.1.4. Exercise their right to data portability (as defined by Article 20 GDPR);
7.1.5. Withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
7.1.6. Request information about third parties who have been granted access to their personal data.
7.2. For Users within the EU/EEA, all rights provided by Articles 12−23 of GDPR are guaranteed.
7.3. For California residents, the rights under CCPA/CPRA apply, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of data sales or sharing.

By providing this consent, I hereby confirm that I:
